To ensure satisfaction and excellence, we take an extra step with our customers. When a project is concluded we hire an independent, customer satisfaction specialist to follow up with our customer’s project participants.

 
We review the project with him and the specialist then contacts the right people for their input and opinions.

 
The results are contained in a report that go directly to the top of TierOne OSS management for review. Steps are taken to correct any problems identified and make changes to create a better customer experience.
