- We align the project outcomes with your precise business objectives. This will focus the team on scope and priorities.
- We leverage your existing assets such as your call center process flows, screen shots, training material, IT technical etc. We know what to look for and can turn this material into detail functional requirements.
- Using our solution, we prototype how the requirements will be met allowing your team to visualize the use of the solution. This step is repeated, as adjustments are made to close gaps in achieving the objectives. The prototype evolves into a deployable solution, approved by the customer, ready for implementation.
- The customer typically leads the implementation step. We proactively support to make implementation successful. Activities include readiness of organization, process, data, technology, etc., formal testing of the deployable solution and finally, cutover into production.
- We lead with the customer in measuring business success to ensure the solution has met your objectives. New ideas for process and solution improvements may become apparent during this step.
