Nicole Matta
 
Nicole Matta has over 20 years experience in the hi-tech industry as a senior IT executive leader. Her international career at GE, IBM, EDS and HP has provided her with an extensive understanding of domestic and global operational excellence. Areas of focus and leadership strength include operations management, organizational development, sales and marketing, portfolio management and global alliance development.
 
Nicole provides educational coaching and mentoring tutorials and workshops to troubled youths for various community associations. She is an active sponsor for numerous charities that focus on career development, education and learning. 

 

Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara
 
Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara has spent more than 20 years as a corporate director, executive and CEO in the Telecom and High Tech industries. Her first career, spanning a dozen years in the public sector included senior assignments in the Treasury Board, Petro Canada and in the Prime Minister’s Office. Currently she is a director of major corporations such as Xerox Canada and MTS/Allstream Inc, venture financing such as The BEST Fund and Axis and  several high tech start ups as well as many not for profit organizations such as Ryerson University, MITACS ( NCE), The RCMP Reform Implementation Council and The Commonwealth Games Council,. Ms. Côté-O’Hara has been active in many community, voluntary and trade organizations and has served on several Canadian and International task forces and advisory councils dealing with public policy on the digital and new economy, privacy issues, women in the workforce, scientific research, trade policies and economic development.
 
Ms. Côté-O'Hara earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School. Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara is President of The Cora Group, a Toronto-based consulting firm in governance, strategy and executive coaching.

 

John Coady

Most recently Mr. Coady was Chief Financial Officer of Algorithmics. Algorithmics is one of Canada’s most successful start-ups, at USD $150 Million revenue, and a world leader in the  risk management software space.. Originally brought in to restructure the company’s USD100M debt, Mr. Coady completed the sale of Algorithmics in 2005 to Fitch Ratings. Prior to this he worked in a range of senior roles at several companies including the Royal Bank Capital and as CFO of Solect Technology Group, as well as at Architel Systems Group and Imax Corporation in senior finance and operational roles.
 
Mr. Coady is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University in Montreal.  Mr. Coady is on the Board of Advisors of the Walsingham Fund LLC, a private equity fund.

 

Imran Bashir
 
Imran is an entrepreneur and a visionary with a demonstrated track record of business successes and leadership. His professional career spans over 28 years. Imran is currently President & CEO of Envision Mobile and Partner in Extreme Venture Partner. Prior to Envision, Imran  was the founder and COO of Octanewave Software. Octanewave specialized in Mobile Application Platform.  Under Imran’s leadership, Octanewave Software grew to 50 employees and  was sold to Dexterra Inc in 2006. Prior to Octanedwave, Imran founded ISG in 1994 which focused in Internet infrastructure.  Imran grew the company to 60 people and sold it to USWEB in 1999. During the last 28 years Imran has held executive positions at Dexterra, Octanewave, excendis, marchFIRST (formerly USWeb/CKS), ISG and AT&T Canada.

Imran holds a Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Communications from the University of Toronto.
