Since our inception, we have remained focused on delivering OSS-related solutions to telecom service providers in the Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance domains.

Since 2001, TierOne has employed a 3rd party to conduct customer interviews at the end of  each project. Everyone from project sponsors to end users are surveyed. The results of the interviews are used to improve our processes, as guidance for employee training, as input to the continuous improvement in our engagement approach, and most importantly, are a major factor in the employee incentive plan.
